My year didnt start January the 1st like most peoples. My year started October 15th. That was the day I stopped getting high and started living sober. Ive learned alot about myself this year. Mainly that I am stronger than I ever gave myself credit. I faced my demons and I’m still standing. I have recently started writing and painting again,which relieves so many of the emotions I had built up inside. I made friends with some of the greatest people in the world and know with out a doubt that they will always be a part of my life. In one year I have accomplished so much….
13 months ago I was not me. In one year I gained thirty lbs, had major dental work that fixed my smile for good, I I started smiling again, I stopped runnning and started taking responsibility for my actions. I fell in love, and then out again-with no regrets. Today I am living like I never knew possible.
